Why a separate lane helps

The realities of validating at enterprise scale

Large organizations move carefully for good reasons. But the same rigor that protects a product launch is heavy machinery for a quick, low-stakes market test — and that mismatch is where good ideas lose time.

The familiar tension

Built for big launches, not fast tests

·
Review cycles add up
Legal, brand, and IT review exist for good reason — but they weren't designed for a two-week experiment.
·
Market windows don't wait
By the time a full process produces a signal, the opportunity you were sizing has often moved.
·
Opinion isn't behavior
Internal surveys tell you what people think — not what the market will actually do when asked to act.
·
Teams are already full
Standing up a test means borrowing engineering, design, and media your people don't have spare.
What we add

A fast, rigorous lane beside your process

Live market behavior
Real prospects, real funnels, real intent — captured as signal, not stated opinion.
Statistical rigor
Chi-square, p-values, confidence intervals — evidence your leadership can stand behind.
30–45 day cycles
A half-dozen experiments a year, running in parallel — speed without cutting corners.
Run end-to-end by us
We handle build and media, so your internal teams stay focused on their own roadmap.
The difference, visually

One decision. Two very different timelines.

Your internal process is built to do things thoroughly. Ours is built to answer one question quickly — so you reach the same go/no-go in a fraction of the time.

Flagship · Caterpillar — Construction Industries Services Division

Validating a new aftermarket service line in 30 days

Caterpillar's Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) — the group focused on accelerating aftermarket services growth — wanted to know whether small-core operators would choose an L3 hydraulic-pump repair service over a Reman exchange. We ran the whole test as a self-contained lane, in parallel to their normal process.

The opportunity

A division focused on growing aftermarket services — looking for a way to test new service concepts at market speed, without tying up the internal review cycles built for full product launches.

What we did

Stood up Hydraline Pro — a fully branded concept site offering repair pricing at 15–55% of new-pump cost, with warranty, financing, and expedited-service options. Targeted real operators via a first-party data partner plus PMAX and Meta. Instrumented every step with custom GA4 events — no PII collected.

The outcome

Statistically significant validation of both demand and pricing sensitivity — delivered as a final report plus a live Looker Studio dashboard. Caterpillar greenlit a dealership pilot on the strength of it.

The relationship grew within the same division — from the hydraulics initiative to Caterpillar's Building Construction Products group, one of CISD's core machinery lines.

“The speed was the thing. We got a defensible read in weeks — work that would normally have taken us months to move through internally.”

Global Hydraulics Growth lead, Construction Industries Services Division

“It gave us clean data we could actually take upstairs and act on — and a way to test ideas other teams here could use too.”

How we fit your organization

Designed to be the easy part

The hard part of enterprise validation isn't the method — it's running it cleanly alongside everything else you have in motion. That's what we're built for.

Live in weeks, not an MSA cycle

We can run through an established agency channel — the same setup we used with Caterpillar — so there's no months-long supplier-onboarding before the first experiment goes live.

A self-contained lane

Experiments run on our infrastructure under their own branding, in parallel to your process. Your team stays focused, and a quick test stays quick.

No PII, by design

We capture behavioral signal only, through custom GA4 events — built to sit comfortably within the data guardrails enterprise teams already operate under.

Evidence you can present upward

Every engagement ends in a defensible go/no-go: p-values, confidence intervals, segmented breakdowns, and a live dashboard — built to be shared with leadership, not just you.

The toolkit

The experiments behind the signal

We pick the lightest method that produces a defensible answer — and instrument all of them to statistical significance.

Who you'd work with

A senior team that knows how large organizations work — and how to move at startup speed

Data Science

T.K. Thrive is a small, senior team — product, technology, UX, and data-science depth in one room. Careers split between large organizations and the startups that disrupt them: lean experimentation run inside Fortune 100 environments, and products built from scratch in early-stage AI companies. Decades of combined experience, no junior pod handed off to you.

That background is the point. We understand the realities you operate in because we've operated in them — the review cycles, the brand sensitivity, the pressure to move fast and get it right. The methods are rigorous; the real value is knowing how to run them cleanly inside a large organization. Meet the team →

Let's pressure-test your hardest call.

No pitch. Tell us the decision you're weighing and we'll come back within one business day — honestly whether a fast experiment fits, and if it does, a sketch of how we'd test it.

You'll walk away with a tailored proof-of-concept sketch: the experiment design, a rough timeline, and what the go/no-go data would actually look like for your hypothesis.
